Job Description:
· Provide O365 and Exchange 2016 administration.
· Provide support to 2,500 users.
· Responsible alongside a team for all email management and administration through Microsoft Exchange Online and an on-premises Exchange 2016 hybrid environment.
· Manage the OAG Office 365 tenant and all associated products including, but not limited to, Exchange Online Protection, OneDrive, Intune, ExpressRoute, Multi Factor Authentication, Azure, Teams and SharePoint.
Requirements:
· 60 months of Office 365 administration and troubleshooting experience (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
· 84 months of management experience with Microsoft Exchange
· 48 months experience with on-premise Microsoft Exchange 2013 or higher in a hybrid environment
· 24 months’ experience with Microsoft Intune Administration
· 24 months’ experience with MS Teams integrated Unified Communication software and support
· 72 months of Windows Server 2012 and above and Active Directory experience inclusive of Windows Server administration, Active Directory Administration, Enterprise Windows Server Patching and vulnerability management
· 24 months experience Microsoft 365 apps install/troubleshooting
· 36 months’ experience with Microsoft security and Purview compliance center, including data classification, automatic labeling, etc.
· 36 months experience reviewing and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 access and functional issues using logs and other analysis tools
