Requirements:

· 84 Months of experience in working collaboratively on business requirement gathering, analysis and logical design

· 84 Months of experience in creating and modifying Framework Manager & Transformer models with troubleshooting expertise

· 84 Months of experience in JavaScript coding to enhance Cognos functionality

· 84 Months of experience using relational databases including designing tables, applying constraints, functions, stored procedures, views, and complex SQL objects

· 84 Months of experience working with data exchange standards for sharing Human Services related data for State and Federal Government

· 84 Months experience in social services-related reporting including troubleshooting for user support

· Bachelor’s Degree
