Job Description:

· The State of NY is seeking a highly experienced .Net Architect to lead technical projects in Albany, NY. The role involves designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions, managing system architecture, and integrating applications with servers, IoT devices, and cloud platforms. The architect will develop complex ASP.Net/MVC and C# applications, create secure web services, and work with AI/ML, PL/SQL, and SOA integration. Additional responsibilities include ensuring accessibility compliance, leveraging cloud technologies (Azure/AWS/GCP), implementing automation with Terraform/Ansible, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant healthcare applications.

Requirements:

· 84 Months Experience as lead technical architect on technical projects performing systems architecture, engineering, administration, configuration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, preventative maintenance and security procedures.

· 60 Months Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio to develop complex n-tier web browser-based applications in ASP.Net/MVC and/or C# for n-tier web deployment.

· 60 Months Experience working with Servers, Systems and Infrastructure, integrating equipment/IoT devices with applications, Cloud technologies, troubleshooting Web Application Firewall and Network layer issues.

· 36 Months Experience using Artificial Intelligence/Machine Language (AI/ML), Python to develop chatbot and other applications components for web deployment

· 84 Months Experience using PL/SQL to develop Oracle packages, triggers, stored procedures, functions, scripts and cursors.

· 84 Months Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) application integration including development of secure .Net web-services using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), REST Services (Web API), message processing and Enterprise Service Bus.

· 36 Months Experience developing applications that follow Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0

· 24 Months Experience in Azure, AWS or Google Cloud technologies.

· 24 Months Experience with automation and IaC tools like Terraform or Ansible.

· 24 Months Experience coding and maintaining applications which contain Health Care data that fall under HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI) along with HL7 Transformation.
