Job Description:

· The State of NY is seeking an experienced Business Analyst in Albany, NY for a long-term assignment. The role involves gathering and documenting detailed business, user, and functional requirements, creating use cases, workflows, mock-ups, and technical documents. The analyst will also develop and execute test plans, track defects, and support quality assurance.

Requirements:

· 84 months experience eliciting/extracting detailed business requirements from customer/project stakeholders or system artifacts.

· 84 months’ experience in obtaining and writing business, user and functional requirements, use cases, process models, workflows, creating screen mock-ups, report mock-ups, and technical documents with attention to detail.

· 60 months experience developing/maintaining test plans and detailed test cases, executing those tests, validating test results, and logging/tracking related defects.

· 24 months experience using HP Quality Center.

· 24 months’ experience designing user interfaces using tools such as Balsamiq or equivalent.
