Job Description:

 Lead the scoping, design, and implementation of complex features.

 Build and maintain analytics/data models to enable scalable, performant products.

 Ensure high-quality code through best practices, reviews, and testing.

 Mentor junior engineers and drive process improvements.

 Collaborate with Product Managers and UX Designers to align technical solutions with user needs.

 Partner across teams to deliver innovative data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:

· 5+ years full-stack engineering in an agile production environment.

· Strong proficiency in Python or Scala, Spark, Hadoop platforms (Hive, Impala, Airflow, NiFi, Sqoop), and SQL.

· Experience building/deploying data-driven applications, data pipelines, and machine learning systems at scale.

· Proficiency with Java/Spring Boot, .NET/C#, React, Redux, Typescript, and SQL Server.

· Experience leading large-scale technical efforts across multiple teams.

· Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.

· Experience with predictive analytics, machine learning, and advanced statistics.

· Strong customer-centric development mindset.

· Proven ability to mentor junior teammates.

· Demonstrated improvements in development processes.

· Ability to work in small, collaborative teams across geographies.

· Strong academic record and continuous learning mindset.
