Job Description:
The selected resource will design, develop, test, and deploy HL7 interfaces and data integration solutions supporting public
health and clinical information exchange. The developer will be responsible for implementing and maintaining HL7 message
workflows using Rhapsody and HAPI APIs within a Java-based architecture, ensuring data accuracy, interoperability, and
performance.
Responsibilities:
84 months experience working with HL7 messages
84 months experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying HL7 interfaces using Rhapsody
84 months experience implementing HAPI API for Java to create HL7 messages and message segments
84 months experience with relational databases and SQL
84 months experience in Java SE, JDBC, Java Servlets, and JavaScript using Spring/MyBatis framework
84 months experience in using Web Services
84 months experience in WebLogic Application Server
84 months experience in system design and program/project oversight
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
