Job Description:

Client is seeking experienced Enterprise Agile Coaches to support the Agile Product Transformation within the MTA-IT Agile Center of Excellence (CoE). This consulting role focuses on hands-on coaching, mentoring, and guiding product teams, leaders, and stakeholders toward Agile maturity. The Agile Coach will drive adoption of Agile and product-centric practices while aligning with organizational transformation goals. This role has no direct people management responsibility and reports to CoE leadership

Requirements:

· 8+ years of experience in Agile coaching roles

· 5+ years of software development experience

· 8+ years of experience in Agile coaching roles

· 5+ years of software development experience

· Strong knowledge of Agile product transformations in large, complex organizations

· Experience with Agile metrics, team health, velocity, and transformation reporting

· Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing

· Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills

Certifications (Mandatory / Strongly Preferred)

· Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF)

· Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)

· SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)

· Or equivalent Agile certifications
