Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Data Operations Lead to oversee the day-to-day operational management of the Enterprise

Data Lake (EDL) and Master Data Management (MDM) platforms.

This role will be responsible for establishing a reliable data operations run model, ensuring platform stability, improving

operational efficiency through automation, and collaborating with engineering, security, and business teams to ensure data is

reliable, accessible, and trusted across the organization.

Responsibilities:

8–12+ years of experience supporting enterprise data platforms in production environments such as Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, and MDM systems.

4+ years of experience leading operations/support teams or managing enterprise data platforms.

Experience working with cloud-based data ecosystems (AWS preferred).

Strong SQL and data troubleshooting skills with knowledge of data quality controls and monitoring practices.

Experience with ITSM/ticketing processes including incident, problem, and change management with SLA tracking.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience supporting MDM platforms such as Stibo or similar tools.

Experience supporting ERP migration or large enterprise data transformation programs.

Familiarity with job orchestration, monitoring, and alerting frameworks.
