Job Description:

• Manage multiple projects through their entire lifecycle, from proposal and contracting, through technical assistance, and project close out. 

• Resolve issues to drive projects forward and proactively communicate with program participants on upcoming project deadlines and events, as well as overdue or insufficient documentation. 

• Develop working relationships with program stakeholders including manufacturers, engineers and building owners. 

• Review, evaluate, and constructively criticize or approve program deliverables, including contract scopes of work with budget and milestone schedules and various technical documentation. 

• Ensure good program compliance for submitted applications, deliverables, and participants. 

• Support Team in designing, developing and executing new strategies that increase market adoption of heat recovery solutions. 

• Contribute to the development of program resources and events for outreach and educational purposes. 

• Support reporting and data management within Salesforce. 

• Other duties as assigned to support the key outcomes for the Advanced Efficiency Solutions Team 

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of experience with building decarbonization and/or energy efficiency projects. 

• Excellent attention to detail and strong project management abilities with planning skills, the ability to set priorities and manage time, and handle multiple projects simultaneously. 

• Familiarity with building science and energy efficiency projects, particularly heat recovery projects 

• Ability to work collaboratively with other teams to deliver key work products 

• Partnership development - ability to engage with and cultivate relationships with engineers, real estate stakeholders, manufacturers and other technology solution providers. 

• Has demonstrated ability to implement projects in a timely manner. 

• Demonstrates the capability to manage all aspects of ongoing projects with no supervision. 

• Is able to prioritize workload with other responsibilities. 

• Effectively discharges general technical and project management assignments in a timely manner. 

• Demonstrates strategic thinking connected to the organization's goals. 

• Has demonstrated ability to produce both written material and verbal presentations that are direct, recognize and focus on issues, are both comprehensive and concise and require editing only in most sensitive and complex areas. 

• Has well developed understanding of relevant technical principles and their application to a program area. 

• Develops/formulates Deployment issues, problems and needs in at least one technical area. 

• Has acknowledged expertise at conceptual level of technical skills and knowledge in at least one program area. 

• Has basic understanding of State energy/environmental economic development issues.
