Job Description:
- Define user personas that represent end−to−end user stratification and segmentation.
- Conduct design audits focused on user experience and end−user accessibility across websites and mobile applications.
- Create comparative wireframes (basic annotated to interactive high definition) based on user research needs.
- Produce storyboards, site maps, screen flows, and rapid prototype designs using UX/UI industry−standard tools.
- Create critical design elements focused on layout, typography, and semiotics.
- Partner with fellow UX Researchers and stakeholders from different lines of
- business to provide context to data that substantiates challenges and end−user pain points.
Requirements:
- Degree in UX Design, Human−Computer Interaction, Information Design, Computer Science, Information Science, Fine Arts, Visual Design, Graphic Design, or other Design related fields is required.
- 3+ years of experience as an individual contributor responsible for designing websites and mobile applications are required.
- Certifications in User Interface or User Experience Design are preferred.
- Strong fundamentals in typography, graphic design, and semiotics are required.
- Experience providing prototype designs for A/B testing and other user focus group exercises is required.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and react native is highly desired.
- Proven experience utilizing different forms of design thinking models.
- A portfolio of work showcasing your process and finished work in creating designs is required.
